Nicole has over twenty six years of experience in the group insurance industry as a client service consultant and customer service specialist. Her focus was on Short and Long-Term Disability plans, Dental, Life, and other Executive and Supplemental benefit plans. Nicole has managed benefit plans for groups ranging in size from 100 to 10,000+ employees. At DRG, she will be supporting the internal sales and in force policy service teams.
Nicole attended Eastern Illinois University. Nicole enjoys walking, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
