Norbert (Norb) Winter is a Vice President of National Account Relations for Disability Resource Group (DRG) He has a twenty year history of crafting and implementing programs which enhance constituent engagement, fuel client acquisition and generate revenue for affiliated member organizations.
Norb has successfully implemented programs with companies and affiliate based organizations such as CHS, partner of the PerksCard Networks, St. Paul Public School Foundation, provided strategic consultation for Catholic schools and parishes in the areas of advancement operations, stewardship, enrollment management and communications. He is also active as a volunteer for several nonprofit organizations.
Norb’s passion in planning for and protecting dreams is a part of his DNA, literally… as Norb grew up in a family owned insurance agency which first opened its doors in 1908 by A.O. Eliason (who later became president of NAIFA in 1922), Winter & Associates is still active today. Norb’s grandfather and father both led Winter & Associates as general agents, qualifying life members of MDRT, served as presidents of St Paul Life Underwriters and inducted into Minnesota Mutual Life’s / Securian Financial Group’s Hall of Fame. Norb Jr. was platform speaker at MDRT, GAMA and LAMP annual meetings.
Norb and his wife Debbie live in St Paul, MN and have two young daughters.
